Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

All orders on this store ship from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany. Your order stays inside the EU from our shelf to your door.

No customs charges, no import duty, no handling fees

Because your order ships from within the European Union, there is no customs clearance, no import duty, and no courier brokerage or handling fee. The price you pay at checkout is the full price. Nothing further is due on delivery.

VAT

All prices shown include VAT at checkout, at the rate of your delivery country. Your VAT invoice is sent by email with your order confirmation.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all 27 EU member states. 

Dispatch time

In-stock items leave our Berlin warehouse within [3–4] working days of your order. You'll get a confirmation email when the order is placed, and a second email with a tracking number when it ships.

Delivery time

We ship with DHL. Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping cost

Flat rate of €17 to all destinations. Free shipping on all orders over €400. The exact cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as your parcel leaves Berlin. It can take a few hours to become active on the carrier's site.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could accept delivery after the carrier's attempts, we'll contact you to arrange a resend. A second shipping charge applies.

Damaged or missing parcels

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit or the parcel doesn't turn up, email us at europe@bunkercustomcycles.com [within 14 days] of the delivery date and we'll sort it out.
